These terms constitute an understanding betweenJnJ (“Company”) & its independent thirdparty service-providers (“Workshop”) having collaboration to provide services, on behalf of the Company, to the users (“Customers”) of JNJ.
Service Request Notification
The Company will promptly inform the Workshop about service requests from customers within their location through Call and/or WhatsApp.
PRE-SERVICE COMMUNICATION
Detailed service request information will be communicated in writing to the Workshop before each service. Services to be performed on behalf of the Company will be clearly outlined in writing, and the service cost will be negotiated prior to the commencement of each service.
VEHICLE VERIFICATION
The Workshop agrees to verify the vehicle Registration Number at the time of receipt before proceeding with the service.
INVOICING
The Workshop will generate invoices in the name of the company, including the applicable GSTIN.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Payment will be made by the Company after the service but before the delivery of the vehicle. Advance payment may be made if the estimated service cost is high or circumstances require up-front payment to initiate the service.
PAYMENT MODES
The payment mode will be online UPI payment or Bank Transfer.
DELIVERY PROTOCOL
The Workshop shall only deliver the vehicle to the customer when the outstanding payment has been settled by the customer.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
The Workshop is required to provide photos and videos of the car/bike clearly displaying the vehicle’s Registration Number, including its kilometre reading, both at the time of receiving the vehicle for service and after the completion of the service.
THEFT AND DAMAGE
The Workshop will be held responsibility for any theft or damage caused to vehicle and its parts while lying in their possession. Necessary legal action will be taken against the Workshop, if they are found guilty of being involved in any mishap.
These terms are integral to the collaboration between the Company and the Workshop. Any modifications or additional conditions will be posted on our website.
Shipping Policy
We operate on a subscription-based model, providing comprehensive automotive care services and memberships to our valued User. As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to clarify that we do not have a traditional shipping policy, as our services are primarily rendered through scheduled appointments and on-site maintenance. Users can claim services immediately upon receipt of invoice after making payment for our subscription.
